The A-COLD-WALL* x Converse Chuck 70 Low “Dark Sapphire” showcases a solid makeover inspired by utilitarian uniforms and service-focused attire.
A-COLD-WALL* founder Dr. Samuel Ross was fresh off several brand collaborations in the last few months. This latest collab with Converse continues the productive partnership between the two fashion brands, which began in 2019. The “Dark Sapphire” iteration boasts signature ACW branding across the nubuck leather heel panel and sockliner. Additional ACW labels adorn the unique white canvas tag on the lateral collar and the thin hexagonal tongue with the Converse logo. Subtle ACW_CNVS resides on the rubber toe cap, while the usual Converse license plate remains on the heel midsole. The white rubber outsole adds a formal look to complete the design.
Should you buy a size down in Converse?
The Converse website recommends customers size down in their All Star and Chuck 70 silhouettes however we would still recommend staying true to size. Unless you have narrow feet, we don’t recommend sizing down in Converse.
